Strategi Pengembangan Kader Dai Melalui Program Forum Dai & Ustadz Muda (FODIUM) Sumatera Utara

This study aims to see how the FODIUM cadre strategy is capable of printing or creating competent Dai in North Sumatra. Researchers used qualitative research methods, data collection techniques were carried out through an interview process by understanding formulation depth, dynamically and meaningfully so that it would produce descriptive verbal words from what had been observed. The author observes Sumatra activities social media internet then participates directly visiting location secretariat on Jl. Kritura, Medan City conduct direct interviews involving several informants at FODIUM. results this indicate there are strategies organization forming young Sumatra, namely (1) Selection Dai, (2) Coaching & (3) Placement remote parts was formed such a way with hope having positive impact development
